נַפְיָאf. (preced.) = h. נָפָה, fan, winnow, sieve. Pes.111b והדר ביה כנ׳ (Ms. M. בינוֹפָא) and he moves to and fro like a fan. B. Kam.97b אפי׳ כי נ׳ (Ms. R. מנפיא, v. Rabb. D.
